What you will receive with this package:

  • Concept Board with the suggested style direction for your space. (One concept revision included, additional revisions may be added for an additional fee of $50 per board)

  • Floor Plan (additional floorplans may be added for an additional fee of $50 per floorplan)

  • Design Board with our suggestions for your space (Up to 3 revisions, additional designs may be added for an additional fee of $200 per floorplan)

  • Up to 8 different options for each piece (Example: 8 different sofas, 8 different coffee tables, 8 different lamps, etc..)

  • Final Design Board

  • Shopping List

  • Basic Set-up Guide

  • 30-day timeline

Client expectations:

  • Responding in a timely matter (Within 48 hours)

  • Purchasing products

  • Executing the design

Payment Terms: Full payment of $499.00 shall be made after filling out this project form to begin the project. The payment invoice will be sent in a separate email.
